Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BMS Senior Service Engineer based in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidate will oversee and execute retrofit and upgradation works for Building Management Systems (BMS). Responsibilities include performing troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues, providing field service support, handling maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring the optimal functioning of the systems. The role also involves collaborating with clients and team members to ensure excellent service delivery and technical support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve system malfunctions and ensure system efficiency
- Experience with Field Service and Maintenance & Repair, including hands-on work with BMS components and systems
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Ability to analyze technical issues and provide solutions under pressure
- Background in engineering or technical fields, preferably with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems and related technologies
- Previous experience in retrofit and upgradation projects is an advantage
- Willingness and capability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi
