Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Supply Chain Procurement or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in contracting supplier relationship management or vendor performance management within a complex multi-vendor environment
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle including contract drafting negotiation and supplier performance management
- Ability to conduct contract analysis including review of commercial legal terms Experience evaluating commercial risk defining KPIs measuring performance assessing vendor maturity Proven ability to work in a matrix-driven performance-oriented organization lead cross-functional initiatives Hands-on management style with the ability to actively support projects third-party operations Strong change management mindset track record driving adoption delivery Excellent verbal written communication skills strong negotiation stakeholder managment capabilities English required Arabic language skills considered an advantage
