Responsibilities:

Individual will be responsible for looking after all the business activities especially Sales & operations.
She have to manage all the operations and business related activities across branches if required under the supervision of the Assistant General Manager.
She should be specialized in Sales and Operations.
Overseeing the Sales & operations of the business in line with the results agreed with the management.
Liaising regularly with the Marketing, Sales and development teams and updating them on developments as well as supporting their efforts and duties.
Understanding and providing practical input to help the business departments grow.
Documenting Business Models and building KPI's for each department for stronger results.
Participating in streamlining processes (both online and offline) business operations
Excellent business management skills and track record in successfully planning and executing projects in emerging markets
Ability to work independently, willingness to learn, a positive, energetic and ambitious work attitude, and aptitude to work within a team environment.
Results orientation; and Capacity to manage multiple complex tasks in parallel.
