Regional Sales Manager - Smart Cities

Location:
UAE


The main objective of the role is to increase DOTS market share in Middle East specially in UAE and Saudi Arabia, create local go to market strategies, reach the individual sales targets and develop & maintain customer relationships in the designated region to ensure market growth.


Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers for business growth for the Smart Cities, IOT, BMS and ELV Systems.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Analyzing business potential and implementing plans to drive sales, supplementing turnover, and achieving the desired targets.
  • Read design drawings/tenders and lead the interactions with contractors and consultants.
  • Get the product/solution approved by consultants and included in their vendor list for future projects.
  • Determining prospective clients from various sectors & thus achieving business targets.
  • Recognizing & establishing financially strong & reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration and monitoring distribution networks to always ensure ready availability of the services.

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics Preferred)
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers for business growth.
  • 15+ years of sales experience in Project Sales of Smart Cities, IOT, IBMS, BMS and ELV systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic would be a plus
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Have a strong track record in business development and be capable of hitting the ground running, using current relevant clients and contacts to immediately win business.
