- Manage the flow ofguests.
- Able to recognize guests and memorizetheir names and preferences.
- Track stationassignments and seating rotation.
- Assistmanagers and supervisors with administrativeduties.
- Book reservations and respond to allenquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure thatguests are greeted in a friendly and courteousfashion.
- Display a pleasant disposition at alltimes.
- Ensure the needs of waiting guests aremet.
- Provide guests with sincere advice andobliging recommendations.
- Assist with'to go' orders.
- Monitor theopen sections of the lounge for empty and cleanedtables.
- Maintain a stocked, tidy and clean workarea at all times.
- Work as a contributing teammember and act in a professional and respectful manner at alltimes.
- Perform other related duties assigned bythe management team.
- College education or equivalentexperience.
- One to two years'previous experience as a Hostess in a reputable restaurants or 5Star Hotels. Dubai experience preferred
- Must becomputer literate and have good oral and written communicationskills.
