  • Parts Operation Supervisor_


The main purpose of this role is to offer assistance in all sectors of the Parts operation and Service departments.


  • To assist dealers/customers to determine the correct parts products for ordering and follow proper procedures and protocols
  • To maintain close contact with dealers/customers, clearly understand their needs, and enable to develop of monthly procurement plans based on customers' needs
  • To maintain a balance inventory level to be consistent with the requirements from headquarter, the service department, and customers' needs
  • To assist in inventory management to ensure all parts are currently stocked and organized and displayed for optionally visibility and accuracy.
  • To be responsible for part procurement by possessing indepth knowledge of internal purchasing, manufacturing, and routing practices, as well as supplier capabilities.
  • To ensure a successful procurement process including invoicing, accounting, and future product and service support.
  • To assist in conducting annual inventory checks to ensure all parts are prospered and tagged in collocation with Finance and service department.
  • Manage orders accurately in the SAP system
  • Support both internal and external customers daily with parts ordering, availability, and order entry.
  • Assist the service department with parts requests, returns, and inquiries. Document and track activities.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / International trading / Business management or equivalent

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office software( Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT)

3 to 5 years working experience in heavy construction equipment Parts industry

Must be able to communicate (speak, read, comprehend, write) in English

Experience in parts procurement. Responsibilities for GCC and North African region of Liugong branch.

Excellent customer service skills and relationship -building skills

GCC- A driving license is preferable
