We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Analyst with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to join our team.As an MIS Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to generate insightful reports and dashboards.
Your expertise in Excel will be crucial in creating complex spreadsheets, implementing data models, and performing data manipulation tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Compile and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and design appropriate solutions.
Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
Utilize Excel functions, formulas, and macros to streamline data processing and automate repetitive tasks.
Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations for management and team members as required.
Assist in the development and improvement of data collection processes and reporting systems.
Stay up-to-date with Excel features and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Communicate complex findings and technical information to non-technical audiences clearly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience as an MIS Analyst or similar role with a focus on data analysis and Excel proficiency.
Strong knowledge of advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, data visualization, and charting.
Proficiency in data modeling and data manipulation using Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with other data analysis tools and databases is a plus.
Salary:
Up to AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
