IT Business Analyst

About the Role:
IT Business Analyst will be responsible for implementation of various projects undertaken. Ensuring successful implementation, monitoring and reporting the performance of the project will be core job requirements for the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Business Analyst will be responsible for endtoend implementation of any project undertaken. Understanding the functional requirements and desired business objective of the project and ensuring successful implementation.
Reporting
This role will involve preparing reports and tracking the performance of running projects
Monitoring
The role involves monitoring and ensuring the existing projects are implemented as expected (system and user participation)
Coordination
This will involve coordinating with various functional teams to ensure effective implementation of any project undertaken. Understanding the functional requirements and feedback on the project and implementation.
Thoroughly understand the system/processes and its performance towards the desired business objective.
IT Business Analyst is responsible for successful implementation and continuously working towards improving the performance of the assigned projects.
Undertaking activities as assigned by management from time to time.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills
Should be able to interface with the client, discuss business requirements with different stakeholders of the project. Excellent clientfacing and internal written and verbal communication skills.

Analysis Skills

Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Should be able to analyze business problems faced by the client and suggest solutions for the problem. Ability to go into details, and extract very specific details regarding functional requirements.

Documentation Skill

Should be an expert in documenting the requirements gathered from the client in a detailed manner. Essential to have knowledge in preparing business process flowcharts using tools. Knowledge in preparing Functional, Business and System Requirement Specification documentation. Knowledge in creating wireframes using prototyping or wire framing tools are important. Capability to interface with Software Development, Quality Control / Testing, UI design teams to cover all aspects in the Requirement Specification Documentation.
