We have over 22 food & beverage outlets serving anything from exotic cocktails, a selection of some of the very best wines from around the world and many more exciting beverage concepts.

Our Bartending team is led by experts from the hospitality industry, who will guide and train you in this exciting career.


As a Bartender at Nobu by the beach, you will be preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and restaurant.

In this role you will need to ensure that you always anticipate the needs of the guest, working closely with service teams, ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained.
