ROLE:
JUNIOR ESTIMATOR

Job Brief:


  • Working hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day. Flexible based on industry requirements.
  • Expected Start Date: Immediate

Salary + Benefits:

60,000 AED to 120,000 AED

No experience required. Full Training Provided.

It would also help if you were enthusiastic about marketing, technology, live events and exhibition construction.

You will need to be proficient in excel and willing to learn as full training will be provided on our unique estimating program.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Support the Main Estimator / PM and AM
  • Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents for Small and Medium Stand, approx 3sqm200 sqm.
  • To input in estimation in GBMS, from the regular estimate
  • Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specifications, and related documents
  • Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements
  • Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
  • Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Maintain quality standard in delivering the projects
  • Archive all project related files in the designated sharing folder for future reference
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.
  • Take a participative role in the Companys sustainability initiative and ensure where possible your actions support the achievement of this initiative; reuse, recycle and replenish.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety, corporate, client and legislative standards across the function.

Salary:
AED60, AED120,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
