• Manage all aspects of constructionprojects, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budgetand schedule.
• Collaborate with clients,architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define projectobjectives, scope, and specifications.
• Developcomprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and presentthem to stakeholders for approval.
• Monitorproject progress, track expenses, and ensure projects stay onschedule and within budget.
• Oversee theselection and management of subcontractors, ensuring they meetproject requirements.
• Coordinate and superviseall project activities, including personnel, equipment, andmaterials.
• Implement and enforce safety andquality standards, ensuring regulatorycompliance.
• Handle any changes or issues thatarise during the construction process, making necessary adjustmentsto maintain project success.
• Communicateproject status and updates to clients, management, and projectteams.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that mayimpact project progress, implementing effectivesolutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections andquality control checks to verify work is in compliance with projectplans and specifications.
• Ensure the efficientuse of resources, including labor, materials, andequipment.
• Prepare and submit project reports,including financial reports, to companymanagement.
• Participate in project riskassessment and mitigation planning.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Arab National holdingBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, ConstructionManagement, or a related field. Professional certifications are aplus.
• Proven 10 years experience as a ProjectManager in the UAE constructionindustry.
• Strong understanding of constructionprocesses, methods, and materials.
• Excellentknowledge of safety and quality standards andregulations.
• Proficiency in project managementsoftware and tools.
• Exceptional leadership andcommunication skills.
• Strong problem-solvingand decision-making abilities.
• Ability to workin a fast-paced and dynamicenvironment.
