REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor or Master of Science (MSc) in Urban Planning, Architecture or Civil EngineeringMaster of Business Administration (MBA) with Urban Planning and Project Management experience

Expert knowledge of airport/urban/environmental planning practices and procedures, with a strong background in Master Planning and other related planning studies.

Expert knowledge of urban planning and design standards, circulars and recommended practices as well as other international and local regulatory standards to ensure project compliance with national laws.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS and/or other urban planning, design and/or simulation applications.

Previous experience with Abu Dhabi regulatory authorities, such as the Department of Municipalities and Transport rules and guidelines is beneficial.

Strong analytical, presentation and writing skills.
