urgantly looking for Database developer to join one of our government clients in Dubai.


Requirements:


  • Database design: A database developer should have a strong understanding of database design principles, including normalization, data modeling, and schema design.
  • Database management systems: Proficiency in database management systems (DBMS) such as MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL is essential. A database developer should be able to install, configure, and maintain these systems.
  • Query languages: Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) is fundamental for a database developer, as it is used to interact with databases. They should have experience in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
  • Data modeling: Data modeling is the process of creating a conceptual and logical representation of data. Database developers should have expertise in data modeling techniques and tools such as ER (Entity Relationship) diagrams, UML (Unified Modeling Language), and Data Flow Diagrams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in computer science or similar
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT and minimum 5 years working experience in Database Development
  • Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to AED20,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
