    Description

    As VP, Marketing, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our growth objectives. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals, leverage your industry expertise, and employ innovative marketing techniques to build our brand, acquire new customers, and expand our market presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals and objectives
  • Brand Development: Enhance and solidify our brand presence in the market, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead customer acquisition efforts, leveraging digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and other channels to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate closely with product teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Data and Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and report on key performance metrics to the executive team and board of directors.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives that provide the highest ROI and align with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful leadership in marketing, with a minimum of 10 years of job related experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and execute a compelling marketing vision.
  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term results.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
