Responsibilities:

  • Create visually stunning and engaging design assets for various marketing channels, including digital and print materials, social media graphics, website elements, infographics, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and overall brand objectives, ensuring that design solutions align with our brand guidelines and strategic goals.
  • Generate original design concepts and translate them into impactful visual designs that effectively convey our brand message and key selling points.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including copywriters, marketing managers, and developers, to ensure visual consistency and alignment of design elements.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
  • Maintain and organize a library of design assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in using industrystandard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including marketing materials, digital graphics, branding elements, and any relevant design work for real estate clients.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, receiving feedback and incorporating it into design iterations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and best practices is a plus.

The portfolio should demonstrate a variety of design projects, showcasing your skills in creating visually appealing marketing materials, digital graphics, branding elements, and any work you have done for real estate clients.

It should highlight your ability to effectively communicate brand messages and create engaging visual designs.


Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
