• Inspect and verify that each thread& part is generated as per the providedspecification.
• Follow all the guidelinesprovided by the Superintendent.
• Maintain a neatand dean working environment.
• Responsible forcare, use, and protection of all company equipment. Know,understand, and follow all company and department safetyrules.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.Perform other duties as assigned bySuperintendent.
• Perform job duties accuratelyand responsible. Verify part and work order.

• Observe and listen to operatingmachines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and todetermine need for adjustments.
• Study Firstarticle parts, drawings, and engineering information to determinemethods and sequences of operations needed to Machining productsand determine product dimensions andtolerances.
• Math Skills: - Good math skillswill help CNC machinists understand complex instructions, howschematics work and make sure items are designed and builtcorrectly.
• Problem Solving Skills: - CNCmachinists will need to know why machines are not at peakperformance, how to increase output and how to fixerrors.
• Attention to Detail: - CNC machinistswill work with precision equipment. Being off by millimeters& Inches (Thousandth of an inch.) could be a criticalerror. Keen attention to detail isrequired.
• Mechanical and Technical Skills: -Machines controlled by computers will need operators who understandCAD/CAM technology.
• Stamina: - CNC machinistsoften work long hours doing repetitivemovements.
• Conceptual Skills: - ProcessImprovement, Verbal Communication, Functional and Technical Skills,Tooling, Coordination, Attention to Detail andJudgment.
