Description

Responsibilities:

Ø Demonstrate strong financial processes by effectively managing budgets, forecasting revenue streams, and implementing cost-saving measures to drive profitability.

Ø Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to industry standards. Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline internal processes.

Ø Lead and oversee major projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met, resources are allocated appropriately, and objectives are achieved.

Ø Exhibit strong negotiation skills in dealings with vendors, partners, and stakeholders. Foster positive relationships internally and externally to facilitate collaboration and achieve mutual goals.

Ø Collaborate closely with department heads and report to the managing director every week to ensure alignment of objectives and seamless execution of strategies.

Conduct regular check-ins and provide support as needed to optimize performance.

Ø Develop and implement SOPs for office administration to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Ø Remain agile and adaptable in the face of challenges, proactively identifying solutions and implementing strategic adjustments as needed to drive continuous improvement.

Ø Oversee multiple departments including Project Management, Finance, Human Resources and Administration, Design, Installation, and Sales. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to department heads to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Ø Coordinate and communicate with each department daily to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Ø Set KPIs for all HODs and monitor & track the performance of all departments.

Ø Ensure year-on-end business growth and conduct regular audits on the business to monitor its performance and key trends based on the agreed strategy.

Ø Manage suppliers' relations and ensure that the company retains all of its strategic partners while continuing to have the best rates in the market.

Ø Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; cultivating a climate for offering information and opinions and providing educational opportunities

Ø Ensure the Sales Pipeline of the company is achieved and all of the projects are delivered.

Ø Oversee the After Sales Service to ensure the business continues to deliver and grow according to the agreed strategy.

Ø Oversee the workshop management and production facility and ensure continues efficiency and optimization to ensure the workshop productivity is at the correct level.

Requirements:

Ø Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA preferred.

Ø A total of 10 years of experience in a similar environment including a minimum of 5 years at the managerial level.

Ø Leadership and Influencing Skills.

Ø Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical & statistical data and specifications.

Ø Ability to identify, track, analyze, and improve measures that matter to the business.

Ø Key communication and leadership skills.

Ø Strong understanding of decision-making and strategic planning

Ø Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and profitability.

Ø Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and drive results.

Salary:
AED20, AED25,000.00 per month
