We have an opening within Envoy's Global team for a
Global Data Researcher to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is responsible for the management, creation and implementation global immigration data in the Envoy platform.


As our Global Data Researcher, you will be required to:

• Conduct research into global immigration policies and programs
• Communicate effectively with local partners around the world
• Summarize and compare research to other existing projects for consistency in reporting and creating content
• Track production on assigned projects and report progress to supervisor and relevant teams
• Use Excel to collect and track research and share with multiple teams
• Maintain and update collected research so that all clientfacing information stays current and accurate
• Research discrepancies, operational problems, or other issues across various caseprocessing workflows
• Work with President Global Immigration (UK based) and Tech Development team (both India and US based) to design, iterate and continuously improve upon structure of global immigration database in the Envoy App
• Design, maintain, iterate and continuously improve upon format of data to be imported into the Envoy App
• Work with internal and external immigration experts to research, question and sense test country specific data to be imported into the App
• Respond to client specific projects and request when internally requested to, creating client specific content
• Ensure that client specific content output is integrated into wider data set and quoted for appropriately and recorded correctly for billing purposes
• Verify client specific requests are considered in the broader context of the overall data structure, documenting any changes or improvements necessary to the data structure
• Manage overall project to include and update all levels of global data in the App, as needed, including: case types, products, product variants, questionnaires, forms, billing, case milestones, etc.
• Four or more years business and/or professional office experience
• Two or more years of corporate immigration experience in Global immigration
• Ability to think about data structure as well as content, for long term scalability and usability
• Strong time management, multitasking, research and communication skills
• Ability to proactively plan, project manage and prioritise
• Solid analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for improvement
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
• High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Solid understanding of complex immigration questions as well as ability to research, analyse, draft content.
• Bachelor's Degree required (in a related discipline)
