    RoleSummary:
    The Market Analyst collects analysesand monitors market data and supports Top Management on economicevaluations. S/He specializes in researching and analyzing markettrends consumer behavior and competitive landscapes to provideinsights and support strategic decisionmaking for a company. Forthis particular role the Market Analyst will report to the CEOproviding assistance in most administrative tasks.

    Main Duties andResponsibilities:
    • Supportthe CEO in his daytoday activities ensuring a smooth functioning byefficiently managing administrative tasks coordinating schedulesand facilitating seamless communication.
    • Conduct UAE Market Research by gathering and analyzingdata on industry trends market conditions and competitoractivities.
    • Utilize various research methodsincluding surveys interviews and data analysis tools.
    • Identify key competitors and monitor their strategiesproducts and market share.
    • Assess strengthsand weaknesses of competitors to inform businessstrategies.
    • Interpret data to understandcustomer needs and preferences.
    • Evaluate theperformance of existing products or services in themarket.
    • Track sales trends market share andprofitability.
    • Use statistical tools and dataanalysis techniques to interpret market data.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based ondata findings.
    • Prepare comprehensive reportsand presentations summarizing market research findings.
    • Communicate insights to relevant stakeholders in a clearand accessible manner.
    • Use historical data topredict future market trends and demand.
    • Collaborate with other departments to develop businessplans and strategies.
    • Work closely withmarketing product development and sales teams to alignstrategies.
    • Collaborate with other departmentsto ensure a cohesive understanding of market dynamics.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers ineach territory.
    • Manage and implement marketing& communication budget to drive growth.
    • Ensure brand standards are maintained and properlyutilized in marketing and communication efforts.
    • Responsible for internal communication such as: newsflashcompany events etc.
    • Attend and organize clientevents trade fairs and exhibitions promotional activities andmarket research conferences.
    • Maintain aneffective Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis to gauge customersbrand loyalty.
    • Overall support on specialreporting duties and high priority projects.
    • Handle specific Executive Assistant tasks for SeniorManagers.
    • Promote and adhere to all safetyregulations of the company.
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors Degree or higherpreferably in Business Administration Marketing Finance orEconomics.
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in asimilar role.
    • Previous experience in MatrixOrganizational Structure.
    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
    • Strong analytical and researchskills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools andtechniques.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
    • Statistical analysis anddata interpretation.

    • Thorough understanding of air andsea cargo transportation requirements and conditions(Incoterms).
    • Ability to multitask andprioritize activities across multiple deadlines.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint& Visio)
