    Description
    • Lead performance marketing and CLM campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
    • Work with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and strategies
    • Analyse, report and automate the performance of digital marketing and CLM activities and measure the ROIs and results against KPIs
    • Produce and analyse data reports, digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
    • Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommend process, product, or service improvements
    • Recruit, select, and train new candidates in the core performance marketing and CLM department
    • Lead teams or projects with broad visibility to achieve milestones and objectives
    • Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry.

    Requirements

    • BS Degree from a reputable university
    • Minimum 6 years of prior experience in digital marketing and advertising
    • 1-2 years of people management experience
    • In-depth understanding of core web analytics tools (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
    • Well versed with all digital tools and their execution (In depth practical experience with Google, Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing channels)
    • Well versed with various CLM platforms and in depth practical experience with some of those platforms and tools such as MoEngage, Braze, Clevertap, Airship,Sendgrid, Mailchimp, etc.
    • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, user journeys, digital strategy, and best practices
    • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
    • Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative & qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
    • Strong technical and data analysis skills
    • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges
