    Relationship Manager – International Private BankingThe CompanyOur client are independent wealth management business with offices in London, Dubai, Monaco.

    They offer wealth management services such as assisting with Selection of Custodians / Banks, Portfolio Construction, Consolidated Reporting, Investment Advisory services, Discretionary Services (In-house & Third-Party Access) and in-house CIO Capabilities.

    They work with their clients at the outset and help them design the most optimal solution based on their needs, not just at one bank but often harnessing the capabilities across several institutions.

    Job purposeThe Relationship Manager is the main point of contact for all clients. The main responsibility of this role will be to contribute to the Company's commercial expansion.

    Our client is seeking Relationship Managers who typically manage a portfolio starting from USD100 million and above and from an international private banking background.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Bring your own portfolio of clients, with a demonstrable history of relationships.
    • Identify potential prospects and develop them to become clients of the firm.
    • Advise their customers with regards to the management of their portfolios and execute their instructions.
    • Responsible for identifying new products required in the market and have these periodically developed with specialists within the ICL structure, in line with the DFSA license criteria.
    • Constantly explore Investment opportunities with the client per his / her risk appetite.
    • Liaise with specialists within the ICL and its custodian banks when required, to structure and supply products and services as requested by the clients whenever necessary.
    • Actively introduce clients and prospects to Senior team members and seek guidance and support in terms of relationship management and products to develop them.
    • Increase the clients share of wallet and contribute to the diversification.
    • Good understanding of the regulatory framework, legislation, and best market practices. Skills and Experience
    • Our client seeks an entrepreneurial candidate who can manage their own book to generate net new money and revenues for the firm, while identifying new prospects and developing them to become clients.
    • Strong experience in international private banking is a must.
    • Strong knowledge of financial products and international financial markets.
    • Candidate must be able to make positive contributions to the team.
    • Fluent English, other languages a plus.
    • Impeccable work ethic, selfstarter with an international mindset. Experience (essential to any successful application)
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior wealth management role.
