Description

• Participates in the telecomregulatory support in company's business activities andprojects.
• Participates and performs dailyoperations in telecom regulatory issues, including interactionswith the UAE telecom regulator and other UAE telecom operators ontelecom regulatory matters
• Interacts with otherRegulatory Affairs Department's teams and other Etisalatdepartments' teams. Supports and participates in disputeresolution of UAE telecom regulatorydisputes.
• Participates in research on telecomregulatory issues on operative level and based on internationalbest practice
• Provides support concerningapplication of the telecommunications law and telecom regulationsin the UAE for internal purposes
• Leads draftingof legal documents falling within the scope of telecom regulatoryarea
• Participates in preparation of telecomregulatory opinions
• Participates in projectsproviding telecom regulatory support on expertlevel
• Supports and assists in requested andrelated administrative work
• Assists in theinstruction of and coordination with external legalcounsel

Knowledge,Experience &Competencies:

• Bachelor'sDegree in Law.
• Mandatory - Bilingualcandidate
• 3-4 years of experience in telecomregulatory and related legal affairs including time spent inprivate practice and preferably also in-house in an incumbenttelecommunications company
