What you'll be doing


At Chalhoub we express the exceptional As a Personal Shopping Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing client engagement solutions designed to elevate our client experience and improve our commercial results.


  • Managing schedules, assisting with client communications, and overseeing administrative tasks.
  • Facilitating and coordinating the activities of personal shoppers to ensure clients receive topnotch service.
  • Assist the Personal shoppers with Creating style & mood boards for clients based on occasions, preferences, and budget
  • Coordinate logistics for shopping trips, including transportation and boutique reservations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client information, preferences, and appointment history.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.
  • Support in monitoring inventory levels and communicate with the Personal Shoppers to ensure products are readily available for client appointments.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, such as data entry, document management, and filing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the lounge.
  • Collect feedback from clients about their experiences and share it with the lounge management and Personal Shoppers for continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong English communication skills. Arabic would be an added benefit for this role
  • Experience within customer facing role
  • Passion for Styling and Fashion
  • Currently based in the UAE
