Overview of the Role:

Our Company
(Al Sultan Sweets International) based in Dubai is urgently looking to hire a
Dynamic and Energetic Sales Executives - OUTDOOR SALES for New Products (Chocolates and Sweets) (Arabic Speaking is a Must but not mandatory)
who can JOIN IMMEDIATELY and with FMCG Experiences is a must.

Who will be in charge for sourcing, closing and actively maximizing revenue from the partners company by signing and onboarding new partners, as well as tracking and reporting sales operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and northern Emirate's market.

Driving License is a MUST:_

Creating sales and marketing plan.
Generate New Leads by visiting Clients.
Planning of periodic sales meetings with the clients and turn into opportunities and sales.
To Identify, Responds and Negotiate prices with potential customers and closing sales.
To build, maintain and strengthen existing relationships with clients and new prospects (
e.g., Hotel, Restaurants, and Malls and groups to ensure the support to the goods.)

Do the strategic market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Appropriate use of sales techniques and product knowledge to reach the sales targets.
Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of good. Ability to work under sales and target pressure Forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales.
Submit weekly reports with activities to sales manager
Build a strong pipeline
Outstanding negotiation/sales skills with proven closing ability;
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Must have a valid driving license & own car and willing to do fieldwork and to travel from time to time within the different Emirates of UAE.
Selfstarter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
Must have strong and excellent English & Arabic communication skills
Must be flexible to work in a fastpaced and evolving environment
