Job summary
Provision of commercially focused guidance advice and assistance to assigned business units within DPW GCC over a broad range of legal matters Liaison with and supervision of external legal counsel Provide effective reliable and user-friendly support advice and assistance to senior managers within DP World on legal matters affecting any aspect of DP Worlds business Acting under the instructions and directions of Senior Legal Counsel and VP Corporate Legal General Counsel Review draft and negotiate a broad range of legal documents relevant to the assigned business unit including consultancy agreements services agreements Lease agreements MOUs NDAs ensuring that legal requirements are met within such documents.
- Provide reliable commercially focused advice in an efficient effective manner Identify analyze legal issues arising in transactions new projects Make clear commercially focused recommendations in respect of such issues after review by Senior Legal Counsel Analyze material legal queries provide legal opinion Provide effective reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel Liaise with external counsel as required streamline communications between other departmentsbusiness units external lawyers ensure cost efficiency Provide external legal counsel with clear explicit instructions Oversee review work carried out by external legal counsel Filing maintaining legally records all legally documentation for future reference Promote demonstrate positive behaviors harmony with DPs values culture Perform related duties assigned direct line manager head department Show more
