About The Role
Are you a confident self-driven leader who can support the functioning of the food safety management system (FSMS) at the Resort and Employee Residences?

Do you have the skillset to implement and audit the resort food safety and hygiene standards?

Are you comfortable communicating at all levels and delivering food safety, handling and hygiene training programs for employees?

If you believe that you possess these skills - then the Atlantis, Dubai team would like to partner with you

About You

Ideally, we'd like you to have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or similar, knowledge of HACCP standards, NEBOSH - International General Certificate and Internal Auditor certification in ISO 22000.

A minimum of 2+ years' prior experience in Food safety and Hygiene department successfully adopting a proactive approach to risk assessments, establishing systems and training programs.

You will have to demonstrate strong organizational skills, knowledge of UAE Health & Safety regulations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

In addition to this, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to interface effectively with all levels of management.
