We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Jewellery Store Manager to lead our luxury goods and jewelry retail establishment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure effective management of staff.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team that embodies our brand values.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in finding the perfect jewelry pieces.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to showcase products attractively and effectively.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury jewelry and design.
- Ability to create a warm and inviting shopping environment that fosters customer loyalty.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
