    OverviewWe are looking for a Bilingual Account Executive (Freelance) to join We Are Social in Dubai.

    Work ArrangementWe operate 4 days in the office with the ability to work from home on Fridays.

    The OpportunityAre you a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives on staying ahead of social trends and managing online communities? We Are Social is looking for a Freelance Account Executive who is passionate about social media brand storytelling and making an impact across digital this role youll be the bridge between strategy content and community - helping manage client accounts monitor digital conversations and ensure seamless coordination between teams.

    Youll play a key part in bringing campaigns to life both behind the scenes and in front of the feed.

    What Youll DoLead social media community management by responding to comments queries and engaging with audiences in the brands voice.

    Monitor social platforms for trends brand mentions sentiment and conversations and flag insights to the wider team.
    Coordinate internally with creative media and content teams to book resources and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
    Support the Account Manager with day-to-day tasks such as preparing decks gathering analytics and ensuring deliverables stay on track.

    Join client meetings and calls to share campaign updates performance insights and creative with content distribution and scheduling across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

    Analyze engagement metrics and feedback to help refine strategy and improve future performance.

    RequirementsA passion for social media and a solid understanding of platform behaviors (Instagram TikTok X LinkedIn etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

    Ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
    A team player mindset - organized reliable and eager to contribute to campaign success.
    Arabic language skills for bilingual account and community management.

    Bonus points for experience using social analytics tools and scheduling platforms like Sprout Meta Suite or CultureWe pay a lot of attention to building our culture and were looking for people that will add value to We Are Social.
