    This is a remote position.

    The Customer Support Associate role isresponsible for the first line of support for responding toincoming calls from customers to answer questions and inquiriesthey might have throughout the car selling or buying process. TheCustomer Support Associate is responsible for directly interactingwith customers via phone, email, or chat to troubleshoot problems,provide information as requested, and handle complaints. This roleis expected to follow up with customers after they've had an issuewith their transaction and resolve issues in a timely matter. TheCustomer Support Associate is assigned a queue of open unresolvedcases which include handling returns, vehicle issues, processingrefunds, general inquiries, etc. If a Customer Support Associate isunable to resolve a case, they are expected to escalate it to theCustomer Support Team Lead.
