Job Description The
ITOperations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the
ITinfrastructure and systems.

They ensure the stability, availability, and performance of the
ITinfrastructure, as well as the timely resolution of incidents and problems.

The manager also collaborates with other
ITteams to implement new technologies and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the
  ITinfrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Ensure the availability and performance of
  ITservices and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other
  ITteams to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
• Manage relationships with
  ITvendors and service providers.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate changes.
• Develop and manage the
  IToperations budget. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in
  ITor related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in
  IToperations management.
• Strong knowledge of
  ITinfrastructure, systems, and networking.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
