Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in driving our brand's success through a comprehensive range of marketing activities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create and curate compelling content to enhance brand presence.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns on social media and Google platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Event Management:
- Coordinate and manage marketing events to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Sponsorship Management:
- Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand partnerships.
Website Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website.
- Ensure a userfriendly and visually appealing online presence.
Graphic Design and Multimedia:
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
- Ensure consistency in brand representation across all visual elements.
Photo and Video Production:
- Coordinate and oversee the production of photo and video content for marketing purposes.
- Maintain a library of visual assets for marketing use.
Back Office Activities:
- Manage administrative tasks related to operations.
- Implement efficient processes for streamlined workflow.
Organizational Skills:
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on social media, campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
- Strong background in graphic design, photo, and video production.
- Familiarity with back office activities and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a resultsdriven approach.
Salary:
Up to AED4,000.00 per month
