    Job Responsibilities

    Develop and manage sales pipeline from initial contact through onboarding of customer Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other forms of communication Follow-up with contacts to ensure satisfactory customer experience Generate new sales opportunities by proactively contacting potential customers Document sales activities, accounts, and customers in CRM database Utilize market and customer data to develop strategies for sales optimization Analyze market trends and customer conversations to determine relevant product offerings Follow up on sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction Update company databases with incoming order and contact information Generate reports and analysis of customer activity to provide feedback and advice to management Participate in team meetings to discuss sales tactics and share ideas

    Job Requirements

    2 years of experience in Inside Sales or comparable customer relations role Bachelor (BA/BS) or Associates degree in Business or related field desired Proven track record of meeting sales goals and increasing customer base Experience with sales pipeline and forecasting sales performance Mastery of CRM platforms and tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Passion for customer service and ability to build relationships#J-18808-Ljbffr
