- Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales or rental, property management (Secondary Markets - Commercial and Primary Markets)
- A strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends in Dubai
- A strong sales background in UAE
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A valid RERA certification and Dubai Real Estate license (transferable to the company)
- Thorough knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, latest property trends, and market fluctuations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sales drive and problem-solving skills
- Adept at using CRM software and various marketing platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in at least one additional language like English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French etc being a plus
- Familiarity with local zoning and land use laws

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Real Estate Agent, located in Dubai.
