    Description

    ASBIS is seeking a Planning and Replenishment Specialist to ensure the efficient, end-to-end operation of the supply chain in the WECA region.

    This role is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of supply chain activities, close collaboration with vendor operations, and alignment of supply planning with financial targets and documentation requirements.

    The Manager will play a key role in managing inventory replenishment, resolving supply backlogs, and delivering accurate, timely reports to support data-driven decision‑making across the business.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Daily monitoring of the supply chainLiaising with vendor operationsEnsuring smooth and efficient daily operationsWork with financial tools and documentation related to operations processesWeekly supply replenishments to countryWeekly supply replenishment to partners by Purchase, Sales and Inventory (PSI), Week of Sales (WOS), Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

    ReportingRequirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.

    Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
    Proficiency in financial tools and documentation related to supply chain communication and negotiation skills.
    Ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and implement process improvements.
    Willingness to work under deadlines set by the Management.

    Timely submission of the sell-in forecastsData Timeliness & AccuracyStakeholder Satisfaction (Sales, Ops, Finance)
