Description

· Manage the workflow by assigningresponsibilities and preparingschedules.

· Guide and coach workersmonitoring their productivity

·Perform verification of production output according tospecifications

· Ensure that allstakeholders are informed of joinery workload and progress againsttargets, escalate issues and support the implementation ofsolutions where required.

· Ensurepolicies and procedures are adhered to in relation to health andsafety.

· Generate weekly / monthlymanufacturing performance reports.

·Procurement Ensure stock accuracy.

·Manage project program for manufacturing and delivery ofgoods.

· To schedule and completeworks orders for joinery items.

· Toplace orders from drawings and update the procurement/purchaserschedule.

· Production scheduling fromthe Engineer & Operation team. Required knowledge, skills,and abilities:

· Experience inmanufacturing joinery preferably someone who comes from a benchjoinery background.

· Ability to readand understand technical drawings.

·Structured, organized and works well under pressure Minimumrequired education and experience:

·Minimum of 3-5 years' UAE experience in joinery &woodwork
