Description

To manage the work execution process to complete the work and hand over the lifts to the customerin order to smooth workflow.

To assist in technical team matters that may arise in the project as well as sales and maintenance alternativeContribute to achieving department

s business objectives by meeting assigned goals.
Handle all new Installation issues in designated zone.
Deliver continuous quality service to each customer by constantly providing satisfactory Installation as per Sigma standards.
Synchronize and cooperate with other departments when necessary to ensure synergy smooth work flow and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to and ensure employees adhere to all Sigma safety procedures and guidelines.
Use care and caution when handling customers

belongings and when present on customers

properties.
Inspect assigned sites and oversee Installation work conducted.
Establish technicians

schedule for new installation works.
Supervise technicians and provide them with adequate support to ensure satisfactory execution and completion ofwork.
Manage handover of newlyinstalled moving system and follow up on outstanding issues.
Monitor technicians

tools and equipment to ensure their safety suitability.
Make sure tools and equipment stock supply is adequate.
Resolve nonconformities reported by technicians.

To make technical submittals reports in cases where it is required by the customersto explain and to give solution and suggestion.

To attend site technical meetings as maybe required to solve the problems and to achieve customer satisfaction.
Manage the Installation work progress and requirement to monitor all the project.

Bachelor

s Degree in Engineering

5-12 years experience in the same field

Engineering standards and codes of practice

Contract and commercial knowledge

Ability to plan, organize, lead, and monitor team efforts to their successful completion
