Product Implementation:
Assist and provide support to relationship managers in the implementation of cash management products to ensure service levels are maintained and customer expectations met

Customer Support:
Action and resolve customer queries and issues to ensure full support is provided to customers using cash management productsAdministration: Create internal memos; customer letters and track/follow up on departmental documentation to support relationship managers in ensuring service standards; and internal policies and procedures are adhered toPolicies, Processes, Systems and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders


Jobs Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in banking with an understanding of corporate banking operations, systems and productsAt least 3 years of experience in cash management implementations role or related technology client services role
