*Position Overview: *As the Deputy Head of Elementary, you will play a key
role in supporting the Head of Elementary in the overall management and
leadership of the elementary school. You will collaborate closely with
faculty, staff, and parents to ensure the delivery of high-quality education
and the well-being of our students. This is an exciting opportunity to make a
positive impact on the educational experience of our elementary students and
contribute to the continued success of Next Generation School.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Elementary in providing leadership and direction to the

elementary school faculty and staff

• Collaborate with the Head of Elementary in developing and implementing a

comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all students

• Support the creation of a positive and inclusive school culture that

values diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the elementary school, including student

discipline, scheduling, and parent communication

• Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth,

collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Provide strong academic outcomes based on local and international

benchmarks and metrics
