Job Summary
The Training Lead under the PMO Department will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing training activities related to ongoing projects with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing UAT sessions This role ensures that all relevant business users are properly trained to participate in UAT and adopt new systems or processes introduced through project implementations- Collaborate with project managers business analysts and technical teams to identify training needs for end-users involved in UAT and post-implementation phases
- Develop and manage training plans calendars aligned with project timelines milestones Design coordinate deliver effective training sessions for end-users participating in UAT including hands-on workshops guides e-learning modules simulations Ensure users understand UAT objectives processes tools specific roles responsibilities during testing phase Gather feedback from participants incorporate lessons learned continuously improve content delivery Maintain comprehensive documentation materials Monitor effectiveness assessments surveys post-training evaluations Act liaison between PMO change management communities drive user readiness adoption Support initiatives aligning activities organizational efforts
