Description
The Vice President of Operations will beworking together with the Executive team to grow and execute thecompany's vision and value as well as lead the dataanalytics function to obtain insights from user data, allowingdata-driven decision-making across theorganization.
In addition,this role will also oversee the customer support team ensuringcustomers receive excellent service whilst making sure to mitigateany risk.
The Vice President will be responsible for complying withthe reg requirements in the crypto industry. In conjunction, thisrole will be leading privacy initiatives, ensuring user dataprotection at the highest standards.
To be considered for this role, the successfulcandidate should be fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken) andhave at least 5-8 years' experience in a similar senioroperations role with a strong background.
