    Description

    What will youdo?

    Thecandidate will be responsible for managing noon Rocket relatedoperations in the

    respective country. Thecandidate will be responsible for managing end to end operationsof

    noon Rocket platform in thecountry.

    The followingcountry teams will report directly to thecandidate:


    • StoreOperations


    • FacilityManagement


    • AdministrativeFunctions


    • Training andDevelopment

    The candidatewill have the following responsibilities;

    1. StoreOperations

    a.Shift adherence as per plan

    b. Ensure DAavailability and manpower hiring for new stores as perplan

    c. Monitor and improve the followingmetrics:

    i. Delivery promiseadherence

    ii. Customer initiated returnassignment and closure within SLA

    iii. Cost perorder

    iv. Shrinkage or Loss

    v.OOS%

    vi. Warehouse shutdownminutes

    d. Inbound accuracy

    e.SOP adherence

    f. Training and performancemonitoring of Store leadership

    g. Stocktakeadherence of stores

    h. Ensure space availabilityin each store as per plan

    2. FacilityManagement

    a. Ownand execute the expansion plan

    b. Liaise andengage with relevant stakeholders to execute the launch of newfacilities

    c. Ensure facilities are runningwithout any disruptions

    3. AdministrativeFunctions

    a.Ensure attendance is maintained regularly

    b.Ensure packing material availability acrossstores

    c. Packing material availability acrossSKUs

    d. Regularly engage with manpower supplyvendors or procurement

    e. Ensure payments tovendors are done on time andcontractual

    compliances/commitments are takencare off

    4.Training and Development

    a. Ensure regular training isprovided

    b. Run internal programs to runworkshops or training for low performers

    c.Ensure Store staff is trained on relevant SOPs

    d.Run regular training programs across allstores

    e. Ensure training is given on the latestproduct changes and communication is sent out to relevantstakeholders

    What will youneed?


    • Bachelors or Masters in anyfield


    • Fluent in English or Arabicpreferred


    • Adept with Excel or workingon google docs


    • Analytically sound andcan understand metrics easily


    • Min 5years experience in logistics or hyperlocal or food deliverybusiness
