Properties, a prominent and dynamic real estate company based in Dubai, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our high-performing team.

This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts by identifying and nurturing potential clients and generating high-quality leads within the competitive Dubai real estate market.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:

Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and target potential buyers, sellers, and investors in the Dubai real estate market.


Market Research:
Stay updated on current real estate market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities.
Analyze market data to identify potential leads and areas of growth.


Lead Nurturing:
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.


Database Management:
Maintain an organized and updated database of leads and client information.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.


Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve lead generation strategies.


Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
Present findings and recommendations to the management team.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Indepth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its dynamics.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
AED4, AED10,000.00 per month
