As the Head of SupplyChain, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing ourend-to-end supply chain operations.

You will play a critical rolein ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products fromsuppliers to customers, while also driving continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customersatisfaction.

Develop and execute strategicplans to optimize the supply chain network, including procurement,production planning, inventory management, logistics, anddistribution.

Collaborate closely withcross-functional teams, including production, procurement, sales,and finance, to align supply chain strategies with businessobjectives.

Lead the development andimplementation of best practices, processes, and policies tostreamline operations and enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness,and agility.

Identify and mitigate supplychain risks, including supplier disruptions, capacity constraints,and market volatility, to ensure continuity of supply and minimizebusiness impact.

Drive continuous improvementinitiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times,improve forecast accuracy, and enhance overall supply chainperformance.

Foster strategic partnershipswith key suppliers and service providers to enhance collaboration,drive innovation, and achieve mutually beneficialoutcomes.

Establish performance metrics, KPIs,and reporting mechanisms to monitor and evaluate supply chainperformance, identify areas for improvement, and driveaccountability.

Develop and mentor ahigh-performing supply chain team, providing leadership, guidance,and support to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, andcontinuouslearning.


Qualifications
Dairyfoods manufacturing experience (Must-have)**Bachelor's degree inSupply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or arelated field; MBA or advanced degreepreferred.

Minimum of 8+ years of progressiveexperience in supply chain management, with a proven track recordof success in leading and optimizing complex supply chainoperations.

Strong strategic thinking,analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with theability to translate business requirements into actionable supplychain strategies and initiatives.

Demonstratedleadership capabilities, with experience in effectively leading anddeveloping cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment.

Excellent communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to buildstrong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels ofthe organization.

Proficiency in supply chainplanning and execution systems, ERP systems, and advanced analyticstools; experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systemspreferred.

Knowledge of industry bestpractices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chainmanagement, logistics, and procurement.
