- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in the same field
- Experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP, CRM, E-Commerce and NetSuite technology infrastructure
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
- Experience in Project Management and ERP Implementation /enhancements.
- Experience in property and facility management software, Retail and Hospitality POS an advantage
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Experience in controlling information technology budget.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Oversee all technology operations and evaluate performance against established goals.
- Manage existing IT systems and lead the development of new IT projects from inception to production delivery, optimizing business IT processes.
- Lead the team to align with business stakeholders on security challenges, promoting awareness, and managing the IT Threat register.
- Consult with business units to determine ERP requirements and manage IT configurations for e-commerce, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Responsible for Oracle NetSuite, property and facility management software, Retail and Hospitality POS
- Analyze and implement business software requirements, purchase cost-effective technological equipment, and coordinate IT-related purchases.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware, conduct periodic audits, and propose management for the disposal or replacement of IT systems.
- Ensure yearly budgeting, review IT-related purchase requisitions, and forecast upcoming IT needs and requirements.
