Senior Legal Consultant - Arabic

Summary/Objective:

We need to
find a highly skilled Legal Counsel to manage the legal elements of our
company, so the search is currently underway. You will protect our brand by
ensuring that the company adheres meticulously to legal norms and providing
management with legal counsel on all pertinent matters. In addition, you will
ensure that the company complies with all laws.

If you are successful in your
application, you will effectively ensure legal conformance and limit the
likelihood of exposure.

Essential Functions:

• Promptly
  advise executives on a wide range of legal issues (labor law, partnerships,
  international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
• Coordinate
  with upper management to create effective countermeasures
• Specify
  internal governance policies and frequently monitor compliance
• Study and
  assess the various dangers that can affect corporate choices and daily operations.
• Use sound
  methods of risk management and provide preventative counsel regarding potential
  legal issues.
• Communicate
  and negotiate with other parties (regulators, external counsel, public
  authorities etc.), developing relations of trust
• Draft and
  strengthen agreements, contracts and other legal papers to protect the
  company's full legal rights
• Handle
  complicated issues involving a wide variety of people and factors.
• Provide
  clarity on legal wording or standards to everyone in the organization \sConduct
  your work with integrity and responsibility
• Stay abreast
  of any changes to the law.

Competencies:

• Critical thinker with excellent analytical and research
  skills.
• Competent in analyzing and interpreting market trends and
  the actions of competitors.
• You must have experience with business and corporate law.
•  Projects in regulated industries must have been done before.
• It would be a plus if you had more qualifications and specialized
  knowledge in banking, financial services, capital markets, competition law, or
  real estate.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bulgarian
  communication skills are a must.
• Having the ability to speak German would be a plus.
• Strong skills in analyzing, working in a team, and organizing
• Self-motivated and optimistic
• The desire to learn
• Focus on the details and a commitment to accuracy and high
  quality

Required Education and Experience:

• BSc degree
  in Law or J.D. degree
• MA or BSc in
  Business Administration will be considered an advantage; advertising ideas, and
  negotiating with the media.
• Proficient
  in Microsoft Office, Photoshop and web editing packages.

 Supervisory Responsibility:

 This role has supervisory
responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job
operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and
fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a
full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, (hours to be specified). However, he/she
must be flexible and available to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Travel:

Occasional
travel is needed.

Work Authorization:

Must have
legal authorization to work in the United States.
