Description
We are seeking an experienced
PROJECT MANAGER with a proven track record in managing high-rise construction projects.


Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource requirements
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team
  • Ensuring the successful execution of all finishing tasks in a highrise construction project
  • Supervise and coordinate all finishingrelated activities
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Conduct regular site inspections
  • Ensure compliance with Trakhees and other regulations throughout the project lifecycle, including obtaining necessary permits and approvals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management or related field
  • Proven experience as as a Project Manager (highrise building projects)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can join immediately
