Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, is seeking a Charter Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the aviation industry.

At Beond, we strive to create exceptional and hassle-free travel experiences for our guests by focusing on luxury and making every journey with us a memorable one.

Our Charter Sales Manager will be responsible for securing and managing charter bookings from our premium clients.

As the first point of contact for our clients, the Charter Sales Manager will play a critical role in maintaining and building relationships with key customers.

They will work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure that all charter requirements are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the endtoend process of charter bookings, from initial inquiry to postflight followup
Identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure all charter requirements are met and exceeded
Developing and executing strategic sales plans and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth
Participating in industry events and networking activities to promote the Beond brand
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the aviation or hospitality industry
Proven track record of successfully securing and managing charter bookings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours and travel as required
