    To assist the company operations by coordinating and controllingthe movements of all offshore personnel to onshore, offshore, or internationallocations. To Handle all travel arrangements including pre-travel tests orother legal requirements. To investigate and arrange appropriate travel flightsas well as making reservations at hotels, or other forms of accommodation. Tocoordinate the tracking of all UAE operating crews and provide reports to financefor client invoices and staff payroll. To work with travel agencies to reviewall bookings for accuracy, cost-effectiveness and travel adherence.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Co-ordinate the movements of UAE operations personnel,ensuring that all offshore and onshore projects are staffed according to current and futureoperations in line with contract requirements.

    Maintain and continually update the forward look ahead rotadocument for all UAE operational sites.


    Align with Operations Controllers regarding provision ofpersonnel requirements for projects to ensure uninterrupted operations by monitoring personnel utilizationlevels and escalate accordingly to reassure the correct level of resource is maintained within fieldpopulation.


    Plan crew changes in advance, address any anticipatedmanpower shortage and liaise with Operations Controller to reorganize and adequately provide manpower onall assigned project sites.

    Submit weekly & monthly reports on headcount analysis vscontractual requirements highlighting any shortfalls and recommendations for quick resolution. Requirements

    • Minimum of 5-6 years previous work experience in similaror administration role and 1-2 yearsprevious work experience in the oil and gas sector
    • Demonstrate proven experience in coordinating &monitoring administration process, organizing ownwork effectively and setting priorities in order to meetcompeting deadlines
    • Previous experience in the offshore projects includingknowledge of terminology used
    • Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office packages (i.e.,Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Minimum of 1-2 years' work experience in customer service
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Ensures that information is shared with relevantstakeholders
