Holiday Homes Rental Manager (Section Head)

We are seeking a Holiday Homes Rental Manager to join our team in Dubai.


Responsibilities:


  • Supports the Top Management in the Holiday Homes Rental Policy and Guidelines issue.
  • Assists Top Management in defining roles and responsibilities within the organization, focusing on customer service and revenue management optimization.
  • Aids Top Management in the standard issue of the Holiday Homes Rental Management System.
  • Guarantees, in accordance with Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the Company Holiday Homes Rental Systems.
  • Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Rental System procedures and provides updates in line with changes in legislation and company directives.
  • Ensures all company personnel understand the importance of complying with company system procedures and all provided safety equipment.
  • Assists various departments in their interactions with clients on all issues related to Health and Safety in holiday homes.
  • Conducts safety and service quality audits both internally and externally.
  • Investigates accidents/incidents occurring within the rental properties.
  • Analyzes accident/incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting plans for improvement.
  • Conducts inhouse safety and service training.
  • Performs safety audits on subcontracted services.
  • Serves as a liaison with clients on safetyrelated issues.
  • Provides safetyrelated input into new projects and modification programs for rental properties.
  • Leads meetings to ensure safety before procurement and installation activities in new properties.
  • Performs Risk Assessments for properties.
  • Prepares Health and Safety documentation for new contracts and tenders.
  • Offers safety support and advice, including supervision of preparations for plans and procedures for initial contract startup activities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or equivalent with additional professional qualifications in Property Management, Health, and Safety.
  • 12 or above years' experience in property management, particularly in holiday home rentals, of which 6 years should be in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient knowledge in Property Management Systems, customer service excellence, incident management, risk assessment in rental operations, and compliance with safety standards.

AED20, AED30,000.00 per month


  • Commission for all profit after a profit goal
