- Minimum 5-8 years experience inTalent Management, Learning or Organization Development andexperiences with Talent Review, Succession Planning, PerformanceManagement, Career Pathing, andCompetencies
- Experience project managing andsupporting organization-wide talent management programs that coverperformance management, talent development, coaching, successionplanning, data analytics and relationship management.
- Experience using OracleHCM
- Maintains existing talent managementprograms and processes to support strategy through process design,resource/training development and design, and support for HRBusiness Partners.
- Leverages a variety ofcommunication vehicles to build manager and employee capability andunderstanding of Talent Management activities andprocesses.
- Understands the impact andimplications of talent strategies and programs across collaboratingcross-functionally and ensuring alignment and integration withother projects/programs of work.
- Ensure closeconnectivity between talent management activities andemployee/leadership developmentexperiences
- Consults with HR functional leadersand business leaders to develop short- and long-term talentmanagement programs that support the achievement of organizationalgoals and strategy.
